Server Detect Virus Warning

My account has been suspend for a day because server detect virus upload to it. But actually I just edit some of my website file(php file) I don't know how the virus go to server. But before that I saw a lot of unknown xml file in folder of my website root. is that might be the problem?

  Hello, I suggest contacting your web hosting provider and asking for additional information about why your account was suspended. Your provider should be able to determine which virus was detected, and the specific file path. Thank you.
