Issue after latest EA4 update

I have noticed that after the update the hanler of the php 7 installation on my server changed from dso to cgi by itself. And it caused downtime for one of my sites until I noticed it and changed to handler from cgi to dso. I think this should not be happening.

  Hello, Internal case EA-4502 is open to address an issue where the "ea-php70" package will revert to the "Apache" "cgi" handler during updates. I'll update this thread with more information on the status of this case as it becomes available. The temporary workaround in the meantime is to manually set the handler back to DSO after updating. Thank you.
