cPanel Backup Email Error

Hi, i have problem when running cpbackup scripts. The account was backup, website files are backup, but having errors with the emails, something like: /bin/gtar: mail/..../cur/1464637665.M964011P3955,S=688846,W=698918\:2,S: Cannot open: Invalid argument And when i check the backup directory, the emails are not backup. Can i know what is the possible reason? Thanks.

  Hello, Could you let us know the permissions and ownership values for one of the emails? EX:
  stat /home/username/mail/domain.com/cur/msgid
