problem with unpark domain

hello my problem is when unpark domain of root show this error : There was a problem unparking domain.com from domain.com: Show Details "domain.com" is not a parked domain.
and when unpark to cpanel show this error : Park::unpark($RAW_FORM{'domain'}) failed: "domain.com" is not a parked domain.
please help me for solved this problem thanks

  Hello, Please try below steps : cd /var/cpanel/userdata/username/ vi main Remove the " ServerAlias " corresponding to the domain you want to remove And try now to unpark the domain

  Done, but not solved my problem, when unpark domain show error

  Hello, Could you let us know the specific error message in /usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log when attempting to remove the domain alias via cPanel? Also, please post the output of the following command:
  cat /usr/local/cpanel/version
