Hello, I don't know if your issue has been fixed, but this is the first result on google so I wanted to post the answer cPanel gave which resolved the problem: The issue was a missing column in the 'whmxfer' database on the destination server. For some reason, the 'creator' column did not exist on the destination server in the whmxfer database. I created it as it exists on your source server and a test server, via WHM's phpMyAdmin. mysql> show columns in sessions; +-------------+------------+------+-----+---------+-------+ | Field | Type | Null | Key | Default | Extra | +-------------+------------+------+-----+---------+-------+ | sessionid | char(255) | NO | PRI | NULL | | | initiator | char(255) | YES | | unknown | | | pid | bigint(20) | YES | | 0 | | | version | double | YES | | 0 | | | target_host | char(255) | YES | | NULL | | | source_host | char(255) | YES | | NULL | | | state | bigint(20) | YES | | 0 | | | starttime | datetime | YES | | NULL | | | endtime | datetime | YES | | NULL | | | creator | char(255) | YES | | root | | +-------------+------------+------+-----+---------+-------+
After doing this, the Transfer Tool is connecting without error.0 -
Hello, CPANEL-6878 is open to track reports of this issue. There's currently no update to provide on the cause of this problem, but I'll update this thread with more information as it becomes available. Note that in cPanel 58, transfers now use the SQLite database. Here's a quote from the interface (Home >> Transfers >> Transfer Tool) allows system administrators to transfer MySQL configuration information between servers. This might cause corruption in a transfer session's session data. Each transfer session stores its data in a separate SQLite database. If the system corrupts the data, it will delete the session. This will remove the session from the session history in WHM's 0 -
ok, thank you. I reinstalled the whole server and the problem was gone. 0
