Cannot run EA3 under WHM 56 Build 24

Hi all, I've just upgraded to the recently released WHM 56.0 Build 24. Once doing so, it doesn't appear that I can run EasyApache 3 anymore. It hangs and goes absolutely nowhere, regardless of whether I run it from within WHM or from the CLI. I'm not even sure where to start troubleshooting this one. Any ideas?

  I have the same problem with 56.0 Build 22 today.
