Emails reflecting in Roundcube/Squirrel, but not downloading in Outlook
We just moved to a new server over 24 hours back.
There is only one CPANEL account which is there on the server. The emails sent to the domain email addresses under that CPanel account relfect in Inbox when accessing through RoundCube or Squirrelmail.
However, the local outlook client refuses to download any emails, and gives a connection error. MX records for the domain have propogated as well, and the old VPS is shut down, so requests going to the old server is out of the question.
Any ideas what could be causing this?

Hello, Are you connecting with the same mail server name, and if so, does the issue persist if you connect over the IP address or hostname of the new server? Thank you. 0
