Outgoing Email Block

Hello, I know its old topic and i have found solution from server side. But still i want something like i access cpanel users to block email for specific outgoing email. For example if user A want to block all outgoing emails to test@domain.com from his domain is it possible? If it is finally solution from server side to edit cpanel_exim_filter file then please tell me how i set easy .txt file path where i only put rules and restart exim it will load and work.. for example for rules i dont want to edit again and again exim filter file just a simple text file..

  Hello :), You can suspend any email account through cPanel. Please try to login your cPanel >> Email account and suspend email account which you want to block Suspend and unsuspend email accounts

  I am sorry but you got me wrong.. It is not like that.. I want to block remote email where nobody from my server or a domain send email.

  Hello, You will need to use an Exim system filter rule to restrict an email account from sending outgoing email to a specific domain name.
