When you check your domain using a site like intodns.com, do you see any issues with it? When you check your current IP address, the one you're on visiting these forums, here, do you see any issues with it? spamhaus.org/lookup/ I do. You should read the Info on the spamhaus site for assistance with this issue, IMO.

It was my understanding that my office IP wont send me to the spam folder. I did actually fix that issue about a week ago though. It should be ELLOing r1.corp.example.com now. But I guess my question is, is that even relevant? The servers IP is not blacklisted and even when I send from roundcube it goes to spam. Roundcube is php based and I checked the headers when sent from there and as I thought it is sending as the server IP.

Well cpanel support claims im on yahoo and gmails private blacklist and it could take a week to get off, if that is the actual issue. So that being said, im going to have to go to a 3rd party mail provider because nobody in a business critical environment would go a week without emails. I will post back if there is anything noteworthy enough to share with everyone. Thanks to @Infopro again!

Changing your main shared IP address might be an option as well. :)

Yup, this works too. This is precisely why hosts are strict on mail sending rules. Getting removed from an RBL is no easy task, been there, done that.

Hello, It's also possible the IP address was used with a previous server and has a bad reputation on specific SPAM blacklists. You can send email from another IP address to see if that helps if the issue persists by following the instructions in the following:
