send email to customer when account is created

Hello, I would like to know if it's possible to have an email sent to the customer when a new account is created for him in WHM. If the answer is yes, how can I configure the template and the informations to include in this email ? Thank you very much for your help, Best regards, T.

  cPanel does not send an email to new customer on account creation.

  I used DirectAdmin in the past (some years ago) and it was a basic feature to automatically send an email to customer with passwords and so on... Is this really impossible with WHM ?? I have to do this manually ??

  Yes, or use WHMCS for this sort of thing.

  :-( Such a simple and basic feature... Don't want to spend 250$ / year to have some emails sent... Thanks.

  Hello, Generally, these types of notifications are better handled by a billing automation application such as WHMCS. However, I encourage you to open a new feature request for the ability to automatically send out notifications to end-users upon account creation: Submit A Feature Request Thank you.
