Max hourly emails per domain, already set in Tweak settings

In Tweak settings - i already set Max hourly emails per domain do i still need set it in Edit package - Maximum Hourly Email by Domain Relayed? currently its says Unlimited there

  Hello, The global values for this feature are used as the default values for any account with no defined limitations. Limits configured on packages and individual accounts take precedence over the global setting.
