Paper Lantern Basic as Default

I'm having difficulty setting the Paper Lantern Basic style as default for new accounts. All accounts are being set up using the Paper Lantern theme, but are using the old Retro style. How do we make it so new accounts are set up using the more modern style?

  Are your Packages set to use Paper Lantern?

  Sorry for the delay responding, i didn't have reply alerts on! Actually, i've just tried creating a new account and this is using the modern look. No idea why this didn't work last week, but it is working now. Is there an easy way to change all existing accounts to the new look, or do i have to go into the control panels one by one and alter them manually? Thanks.

  My original question stands. If you update a package and set it to use Paper Lantern, all accounts using that Package, should be set to use Paper Lantern.

  Yes true but on the Retro not Basic, this is my problem, i whant the default style to be Basic not Retro, how can we do it ?
