Email in the spam folder, not inbox

i have VPS from OVH US i have problem messages up to clients in the spam folder, not inbox Knowing I have the correct settings for SMTP wordpress Who can solve the problem, paid the money, I'm ready just insert the way to communicate. Excuse me if I can not clarify the problem, because I Arabic speak Arabic only.
