Hello, Does anyone know where I can find the chain certificate of the issuer.

  Hello :), What exact issues are you facing? You can find out your CA bundle file in your SSL certificate's zip file which you have received from your SSL provider.

  Hello, Could you elaborate on how you purchased the certificate? Typically, it's provided by your SSL provider when purchasing a certificate, and listed publicly on their website. Thank you.
