Hello, Yes, please let us know the permissions on the "/usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/mailman/mail/mailman" file. Also, let us know the output from this command:
    grep mailman /var/cpanel/cpanel.config
    Thank you.

The OP apparently disappeared... but I just saw this same error this afternoon and, while looking for help, found this thread. Requested outputs: # ls -la /usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/mailman/mail/mailman -rwx------ 1 mailman mailman 22510 Sep 23 2015 /usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/mailman/mail/mailman* # grep mailman /var/cpanel/cpanel.config disk_usage_include_mailman=1 email_send_limits_count_mailman=0 skipmailman=0 usemailformailmanurl=1 Any ideas appreciated. - Scott

Let us know if the following command helps to address the issue:
    /usr/local/cpanel/scripts/fixmailman
If not, feel free to open a support ticket using the link in my signature so we can take a closer look. You can post the ticket number here so we can update this thread with the outcome. Thank you.
