Your post is unclear. Are you saying you transferred your forums to another server? You do what exactly, every 6 months?

Your post is unclear. Are you saying you transferred your forums to another server? You do what exactly, every 6 months?

    1) Every 6 month, I transfer everything from server 1 to server 2, erase and retranfer (security reasons). Last time I got corrupted DNS by your software. everything means all websites of ns1. two websites have xenforo forum. 2) Two days ago I did the same thing, everything was ok but when i check in deep two web sites has lost their forum (xenforo like yours). I can see the database but it doesn't work anymore. How can I recover? Unfortunately I was too much confident and did not make any backup (the only time of my life) 3) In summary tranfer from ns1 to ns2 reiinstall centos6+cpanel to ns1 using ovh transfer ns2 to ns1 almost websites are ok, but two websites have "lost" their forum is it a problem of database during the transfer? is it a problem of subdomain foros.w-radiologia (redirect) during the transfer? thks for your help

You moving things around aside, you might want check your forums configuration file to be sure the database details are correct and match the details for the actual database on the account.

For other customers use "transfer tool" with caution. Every time we get problems! and lost time....
