Email sending on account creation

Hi, I was wondering if there's a way to configure cPanel to send a mail to the contact person used when creating an account, I'd like the mail to contain the username, the Password and of course the the

  Hello, No native features exist that will automatically email the end-user with the account login information upon new account creation. You will need to utilize a third-party application such as WHMCS for this type of functionality. Thank you.
