How to allow only specific user can send email to specific recipient in cpanel

Hello, I would like to ask in Cpanel has any option to allow only specific user can send mail to specific recipient. For example, user A can send only email to some email address such as mymail@abc.com, *@mydomain.com, *@yourdomain.com and beside these email address, user A can not send email to. what is the option to do this in cpanel? Thanks you very much for your support.

  Hi, There is no such feature/option available in the cPanel which will allow only specific user can send mail to specific recipient. :)
