Maldet is not sending alert mail anymore

Even though email flag are correctly set in conf.maldet and they have not been changed lately, since some days, Maldet is not sending alert mail anymore email_alert="1" email_addr="email-address" By the way I also noticed that maldet -co email_addr="email-address" is not changing anything in conf.maldet (sending report by email is working, es. maldet --report SCANID email-address is working correctly) Anyone knows about alert mail issue ?

    Hello, You could search /var/log/exim_mainlog to see if the message is filtered before reaching the intended inbox. Here's an example of searching /var/log/exim_mainlog via the command line:
    exigrep user@domain /var/log/exim_mainlog
    Keep in mind Maldet is a third-party application. Thank you.

    Hallo, thanks for answering Infact there was no filtering change in exim Suddenly, some days ago, alert mail started to be correctly delivered again I suppose everything was because of a maldect updating not working properly

    In future, if you have an issue with maldet, you can report it to them via their github - they are very responsive and helpful over there.

    I think you are right about this. I had noticed that two particular updates within the past month or so ended up causing me to no longer receive maldet reports. The last update seems to have fixed it. Mike
