Hello, Could you let us know how much disk space is currently available before the restoration attempt? You can check this with a command such as:
    df -h
    Thank you.

Thank you for the answer, this is when I had backup and all the data on my server : Filesystem Size Used Avail Use% Mounted on /dev/sda2 105G 65G 35G 66% / tmpfs 3.8G 0 3.8G 0% /dev/shm /usr/tmpDSK 4.0G 137M 3.7G 4% /tmp Then they deleted all data except backup file and after restoring this error popped up : [ 2902][RESTORE:1 ]: Account "par": Insufficient disk space is available. "/home" on host has 56.95 GB free and requires at least 84.97 GB free, which includes space for temporary files. now because they added a secondary HDD and moved the files, I can't reach the information. This also may help (before deleting data and attempting to restore) . 64.33 GB home 52.54 GB par 22.60 GB public_html 19.54 GB wp-content 19.49 GB uploads 19.24 GB usr 9.69 GB local 3.89 GB cpanel 3.50 GB the backup was in the root of home>par (29.5 GB)

You should really clean up the 'par' account, or increase the backup space. That's a ton off space needed for a backup

Thank you, we have an e-commerce website with thousands products and each of them has at least 5 pictures. That's why the upload folder is that much big. my only question is why the backup expands that much? 84.9 GB is bigger than of the amount of data that I had on my server before making the backup file.

You have to take a look at what happens here to understand why this is expanding Firstly, cPanel copies the entire user account + mysql + mail + everything else into a separate working directory Next, it compresses the account Temporarily, both need to be stored on the server So, what you'll have to do is upgrade your disk, or clean up the file usage a good deal.
