Hello, Internal case CPANEL-7260 is open to address an issue where the User Manager interface in cPanel shows a fatal error when the user account is over quota. Here's an example of an error that one might see in such an instance:
(XID d86bby) The system failed to lock the file "/home/username/.cpanel/email_accounts.json" because of a permissions, quota, or disk error. at /usr/local/cpanel/Cpanel/Email/Accounts.pm line 144.
However, based on the information you provided, this is only part of the problem you are facing. The other part relates to your account exhibiting signs of having met it's disk space threshold despite available quota. Were you able to determine the cause of this problem in the support ticket? Would you mind posting the ticket number here so we can update this thread with the outcome? Thank you.

The account was just over it's Inode limit. I just forgot to check something simple. My fault!
