How to update SOA values?

Hello, I would like to update SOA records accross all my domains, is there a way to do so? I have the templates correct with the desired values, yet this does not change existing records in real time. What else can I do to add good values for this: WARNING: Refresh interval is 86400. Recommended values [1200 .. 43200] WARNING: Expire interval is 3600000. Recommended values [604800 .. 1209600] SOA EXPIRE SOA REFRESH Those two values to be updated across all my zones. Any idea hint is welcomed.
