Email Flagged as Spam
Hi,
I'm trying to sending emails using roundcube, but all my emails sended get in SPAM folder (Outlook, Gmail, and others).
I don't know what to do anymore.
1 - DKIM and SPF are enable.
2 - "Introduce a delay into the SMTP transaction for unknown hosts and messages detected as spam." OFF
3 - mxtoolbox.com just say that is all ok
4 - My IP is not in the blacklist (checked in mxtollbox)
5 - Domain Health is not reporting any issue (checked in mxtollbox)
6 - I'm using AWS, but my email sending limitations have been removed
i will be pleased if someone could help me

Thank you so much for you attention, but I already follow all steps in this tutorial and it didn't work. What was causing my problem was the Enable BoxTrapper spam trap option. When I disable it, it simple worked! :-) 0 -
