what features in featurelist for domain only

Hi all, i want to offer a domain only package, it needs to be controlled by the domain owner using cpanel. the customer should be able to use configtools for the domain and email settings, the emails will not be stored on the server so it only needs to be controlled for where the mail is delivered etc. (mx/dns etc records) can someone tell me which features from all available i need to check for this to function right?

  Hello, Could you elaborate on the "configtools" term? For instance, what in particular would you like to allow? Thank you.

  The customer who only needs a domain does need the settings necessary to administrate the domain, for instance email forwarders, all kinds of records and the access to the cpanel from where this can be done. it must not be possible to store anything on the server
