Hello, Please help to provide step to renew license cpanel/whm. If I already renew license from https://store.cpanel.net;there is any step to configure in my server? Thanks you very much for your reply.

  Hello, Yes, that is correct. If your license is already expired, and you want to activate it immediate after completing the renewal process, you can run the following command:
  /usr/local/cpanel/cpkeyclt

  Hello, I already processed renew in . I still see the old one and it show on action option that "Renew license Locked: pending conversion". I also checked in http://verify.cpanel.net it didn't show the new one with my order date. How can I check my new license? Thanks.

  Please contact cPanel Customer Service if you're having some sort of issue with your cPanel license.

  Hello tried the code and everything that will be useful for my account but my problem is still not solved. Please check the images so you can get the point, My autorenewal was done on 01/02/2021, Please help me to solve my problem

  @POINTWISH - it's best to make a new thread for maximum visibility on an issue, especially if you're seeing issues with the license. You're also always welcome to contact our team through a support ticket for the fastest reply possible. In this case, you may need to run the following command:
  ps aux | grep cpkey
  or possibly this:
  ps aux | grep license
  to see if there really is an older license check process running on the system. If so, you could kill that and run the /usr/local/cpanel/cpkeyclt command again to see if that gets the license issued.
