Alert incorrect password for email in cPanel

Hello, My user email alert password incorrect for email authentication even thought configure the correct password. Thanks you very much for your reply.

  Check CSF or your firewall settings it seems there IP is blocked, whitelisting there machine IP will solve this problem. to check their IP ask them to visit whatismyip.com then remove it from backlist and add it to whitelist.

  You can review the /var/log/maillog file for the email account to see a more specific error message:
  grep user@domain /var/log/maillog

  Hello, When I check /var/log/maillog it show error like this " imapd unexpected ssl connection shutdown". Thanks
