Is there a plugin for WHM to manage the RAM used by the server?

  Hello, You can set memory limits for Apache processes per the documentation at: Memory Usage Restrictions - Documentation - cPanel Documentation However, as far as an application that automatically monitors and limits memory usage on your accounts, a third-party application such as CloudLinux is your best option.
