    Hello, You can browse to "WHM >> Exim Configuration Manager" and view the "ACL Options" tab to see if the sender is matching one of the enabled options that restrict SMTP connections.
    and can i reset or reinstall my exim to let it backup to normal cpanel setting ?

    Yes, this is possible through the "Reset" feature in "WHM >> Exim Configuration Manager":
