    Hello, Here are the steps I've taken in an attempt to reproduce this issue on cPanel 58.0.3: 1. Create two test email accounts under the same domain name. 2. Enabled "Archiving" on the test domain name for both incoming and outgoing email. 3. Sent an email from one test account to another. I'm seeing accurate results in "WHM >> Email >> Mail Delivery Reports: Could you try these same steps and let us know if you see different results? Or, could you open a support ticket using the link in my signature so we can take a closer look and reproduce the issue on your system? Thank you.

    Hello, Please also run the following command:
    ps -elf | grep tailwatch
    Do you see multiple tailwatchd processes running on this system? Thank you.

    Rick, The attached image shows that the duplicates did not occur during acceptance and only occurred during archival. Can you provide more details on your email archive setup? Thanks!

    Hello, To update, CPANEL-7723 was published with cPanel 58.0.12: Implemented case CPANEL-7723: Prevent multiple copies of tailwatchd from being started. Let us know if you continue to experience the issue after updating to this version or newer. Thank you.

    Hi, I am having the same issue as described above. I see sometimes 20 or more entries for the same successfully sent email, in mail delivery reports. I'm on 11.58.0.24 I have have 5 tailwatch processes running. Simon
