Deleted account and leftover folders and files

I have deleted an account but there are leftover files and folders like /home/{account}/.cpanel (and there bunch of files and folders) /home/{account}/etc (and there bunch of folders for addon domains) /home/{account}/mail (and there bunch of folders and files related to email accounts) Is it safe to delete them through the console? Thanks

  Hello, The files within the deleted account's home directory are not required, however the account termination process should have completely removed the user's home directory. Did you recently delete this account? If so, could you search in /usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log to find any errors associated with the account termination? Thank you.
