Strip incoming attachments for specific email address

There's an email address which sends me legitimate email but insists on attaching files which fill up my mailbox causing me to lose important emails. What I'd like to do is for mails arriving from this address, remove all attachments and then deliver as usual. (There's are mails sent externally and delivered to my cpanel powered site emails) Is this possible to do?

  Is there any way to do this without non-standard software? I have access to WHM as a reseller and Cpanel as a shared hosting user. Installing additional software to the server is not an option for me.

  You won't have access to create or modify the Exim system filter as a reseller. I suggest consulting with your web hosting provider to determine the best course of action. Thank you.
