Quotas not working
I have just installed a version of WHM but I seem to be having some trouble with quotas. I set an account's disk quota at 250 MB but soon realised this was not enough as I was getting this error message in Filezilla FTP -
552-255998 Kbytes used (99%) - authorized: 256000 Kb
552 Quota exceeded: [pen-581881_1280-2.jpg] won't be saved
I went and set the quotas for this account to unlimited - but the same message comes up. I tried;
- reboot the server
- run scripts/fixquotas
- tailed the error_log and nothing obvious there
I have root access to the VPS, any ideas greatly appreciated..

Hello, Did you set an individual quota for the FTP user from the "FTP Accounts" interface in cPanel? If so, ensure you also update the quota for the individual FTP user. Thank you.0
