Why no support for HTTP 2.0?

So far the only solution I have found that provides HTTP 2.0 support and sits within a cPanel environment is Lite Speed but there's an additional cost and I'm already paying for cPanel. Please could you explain to me the reasons behind not supporting HTTP 2.0? Thanks.

  Just wanted to share here that the upcoming release of RHEL 7.4 comes with OpenSSL 1.0.2k. Obviously it will take a few weeks for CentOS 7.4, but this is still good news. Their blog has more information and the beta release notes explains what else is different.

  What about Centos 6 and OpenSSL 1.0.2 with Cpanel?
