    And if i have setup a few xxx@ABC.tld addresses for testing, can they be deleted (before or after) the domain forwarder is in place? Are they relevant in any fashion?

    Yes, you can delete these accounts at anytime before or after domain forwarding is enabled. Email messages sent to email accounts that actually exist aren't forwarded. This is documented at: Forwarders - Documentation - cPanel Documentation Thanks!
