    Hello, Check if you have a rDNS set properly for your server and also double check if the emails delivered to the SPAM folder of Gmail / Hotmail. Once the rDNS is set and its live, try sending the emails and it should be fine.

    Hi tks, I have a shared host at godaddy, i can add a record but dont know how to get something different of that: Is that corrected ?
    FCrDNS test result: 107.180.57.xxx resolved to ip-107-180-57-xxx.ip.secureserver.net. ip-107-180-57-xxx.ip.secureserver.net resolved to 107.180.57.xxx; rDNS if forward confirmed. Dynamic IP test result: ip-107-180-57-xxx.ip.secureserver.net looks like dynamic IP address or PTR record looks like generic.

    You should report this issue to your web hosting provider. Without root access, you don't have permission to adjust settings such as RDNS or permission view /var/log/exim_mainlog for additional logging information. Thank you.
