    Hello, You can delete and recreate the DNS zone if you have no local records to preserve (if the DNS is hosted externally without the use of the clustering feature): "WHM >> DNS Functions >> Delete a DNS Zone" "WHM >> DNS Functions >> Add a DNS Zone" This should correct the issue with the zone that's preventing it from loading. Also, to note, you can manually remove the domain name from /etc/localdomains and place it in the /etc/remotedomains file if you want to ensure local email is routed to the remote mail server.
