Following these instructions Configure PHP-FPM with User Pools for EasyApache 4 - cPanel Knowledge Base - cPanel Documentation In step 2 Run the following command to create PHP-FPM's run directory in your home directory: mkdir -p /home/$/run/
Does this folder need the ownership changed to match the $user ? ie $user:$user
