Problem with backup
Hello,
I have a problem with the backup.
The backup is set to save to 2 different ftp destinations.
Often backups of my account are not forwarded to the destinations (Not always, half the time it all works regularly)
A portion of the log shows this:
[2016-07-19 07:11:03 +0200] warn [cpbackup_transporter] Authentication failed for remote backup destination: Destination1 at /usr/local/cpanel/Cpanel/LoggerAdapter.pm line 27.

How can I fix the problem? Is there a way (or ssh command) to send the rest back to the destinations? So they don't take up space on the server ... The 2 Nas, haven't configured firewall and are different models, but the problem is the same. thanks!!!

[2016-07-19 07:11:03 +0200] warn [cpbackup_transporter] Authentication failed for remote backup destination: Destination1 at /usr/local/cpanel/Cpanel/LoggerAdapter.pm line 27.
Hello, This message typically indicates the remote server failed to accept the authentication credentials. Have you contacted the provider of these remote servers to see if they can find a specific authentication failure reason? Thank you.0
