Problem with backup

Hello, I have a problem with the backup. The backup is set to save to 2 different ftp destinations. How can I fix the problem? Is there a way (or ssh command) to send the rest back to the destinations? So they don't take up space on the server ... The 2 Nas, haven't configured firewall and are different models, but the problem is the same. thanks!!!

  Hello, This message typically indicates the remote server failed to accept the authentication credentials. Have you contacted the provider of these remote servers to see if they can find a specific authentication failure reason? Thank you.

  Hello, Correct the Authentication settings of the remote server from WHM and begin the backup process again to resolve this issue. Refer to the documentation for more details:
