Easiest way to transfer a website from one cpanel to other.

I am planning to transfer my hosting and website data is huge, is there any easy way without interruption so that i can transfer my website easily?

  Hello, Your access level is listed as "Reseller Owner". Do you have root access to either cPanel server? If not, is your new hosting provider willing to transfer the account on your behalf? Thank you.
