Parked to Addon Conversion
Yup! If they're just parks it will definitely cause problems, but if they're configured as their own subdomain, or as an addon domain, they'll get their own vhosts, and their own SSLs.
Oh, yikes. all my domains are set up as aliases of the main WPMS domain. They also have a ton of DNS records associate with each for things like MX, SPF, etc. Is there an easy way to turn an alias/parked domain into an addon domain without losing your DNS records?

Hello, I've moved this post to it's own thread. You can make a copy of all of your DNS zones with a command such as: cp -a /var/named /var/named-backup
Then, once you delete the domain alias, you can add the domain name as an addon domain name, and restore the zone. However, note that additional data is associated with domain aliases (parked domains), as documented at: Aliases - Documentation - cPanel Documentation For instance, do your domain aliases use email accounts?
