How to set copy of outgoing mails of one account to another email account
Hi,
I can access all mail accounts using cPanel. I need to set copy of all mail accounts's outgoing mails into boss's account without adding him in BCC. I can set forwarders for incoming mails of any specific account to boss's id but I can not set the same for outgoing mails. Is there any feature available on cPanel same as Forwarders which can set this thing for outgoing mails? How do I do it? I am new to cPanel and exploring it for my purpose.
Thanks

Hi, There is no such option available in the cPanel interface to setup a forwarder for outgoing emails. But, if you have a root access to the server then you can follow below link :- Hidden copies of incoming and outgoing emails 0 -

Hello, The "cPanel >> Email >> Archive" feature allows cPanel users to save incoming, outgoing, and mailing list messages for a specified amount of time. The feature is documented at: Archive - Documentation - cPanel Documentation Note this feature does not appear in your cPanel interface unless your system administrator enables it. Thank you.0 -
Thanks a lot @Ameya Barwe: Does all the server hosting providers have WHM? @cPanelMichael: Archive feature is mainly for saving the mails for a specific period of time, right? But I want to send a copy of one user's outgoing mails to boss' account. 0 -

You can define the time period you keep the emails, and it does allow you to save outgoing emails. There are no other native features in cPanel with this functionality, especially without root access to create custom Exim filter rules. You could try contacting your web hosting provider for additional assistance if you prefer to not use the Archive feature. Thank you.0
