can't remove ip address?

I'm trying to remove an IP address from the server using WHM. But I can't because I have no Delete option. What I don't get is I have not used the IP address anywhere at all. "Show IP Address Usage" shows its not used. I'm under CENTOS 7.2 x86_64 WHM 56.0 (build 27). Does anyone know why this would happen or how to fix it? - Removed -

  Hello, Please run the following commands to see if the IP address is associated with an account or service:
  /usr/local/cpanel/bin/envtype grep $IP /etc/* grep $IP /var/cpanel/users/* grep $IP /var/cpanel/userdata/*/*
  Is this IP address listed in the output of the last three commands? If not, what's the output from the first command? Thank you.

  Nothing anywhere except where its suppose to be with the first command ?
