Duplicate forwards email issue
Hello
my email address [EMAIL='md@example.com">is md@example.com[/EMAIL]
[EMAIL='md@example.com">[/EMAIL]
in cpanel sales@example.com forward to md@example.com
again info@example.com also forward to md@example.com
again bill@example.com also forward to md@example.com
when any one mail to sales@example.com and cc to info@example.com and bill@example.com then md@example.com received 3 mail.
I want setup if the mail and subject is same then md@example.com will received only one mail.
How could i setup same mail will received only once.

Hello Mahfuz, This is a normal behavior as the mentioned ids are redirected to md@example.com[/EMAIL]. The mail server will not distinguish To, Cc or Bcc when performing mail forwarding. You may check the possibilities of custom rules through Account Level and User Level mail filtering to achieve the task. 0 -
