Load SSL without redirect to hostname question

Hi. I can"t believe this: cPanel say NO IS POSSIBLE load certificate SSL without redirect to hostname. UserX buy SSL. He install certificate. Now ALL userdomain/cpanel and userdomain/webmail GO TO, have redirection TO hostname/webmail and hostname/cpanel When I contact cPanel he say: ONLY if UserX buy dedicated or VPS hostname = domain of user, no other option is possible. Really this is TRUE? Hostgator, Bluehost, LiquidWeb NO CAN OFFERT user/cpanel over SSL bought by user?

  Hello, It's not possible to install individual SSL certificates for the cPanel/WHM/Webmail service at this time. Please feel free to vote and add your feedback to the following feature request: SSL Certificate Per Domain For All Services Thank you.
