Server ssl cert lapsed, can't access at all

I let my root server ssl certificate lapse and now I can't access my server at all to update the ssl cert. How can I update the ssl cert? Please help. Thanks

  UPDATE: My IP got banned, I was able to whitelist my ip from my phone and access the insecure whm and update the ssl cert. All is back to normal.
