Possible SSL problem.

I have migrated my VPS to a new server and host. I transferred the single account on the VPS using the transfer tool from the old server to the new. I am now receiving this SSL error when i try to do a speed test on the GTmetrix website. An error occurred fetching the page: HTTPS error: SSL connect attempt failed error:140770FC:SSL routines:SSL23_GET_SERVER_HELLO:unknown protocol
Before I moved the server i wasn't receiving any errors, is there a problem with the SSL configuration on the new server?

  Hello, Try installing the SSL certificate for this domain name via the "WHM >>SSL/TLS >> Install an SSL Certificate on a Domain" if it's not yet installed. Let us know if it's already installed, or if you encounter any difficulty installing it. Thank you.
