Can't View Most IPs in WHM's "List Accounts"

Hi All, I'm a reseller. In WHM under Home " Account Information " List Accounts, there are the normal listings for each client's account. When I hover over each IP Address, I see "View the files hosted at this domain" but when I click on most of the IPs listed, that doesn't happen (I get a 404 error instead). The only sites that I can view properly are a client's Wordpress site (the rest of the sites do not use Wordpress) and my home reseller site. What could be the cause? TIA

  Might be you have enable mod_userdir for your domain and due to that you are facing this, Please check this through WHM >> Security Center >> Apache mod_userdir Tweak if you have access otherwise you need to contact your hosting provider to check this.

  All the accounts are established sites - none have an unresolved DNS.

  In this case, simply enter the domain name in your web browser directly. The links under "List Accounts" rely on Apache Mod_Userdir, and it isn't always enabled by hosting providers. Thank you.
