easyapache hanging

Hello, my easyapache update is also stuck on this same process. I'm going from apache 2.2 and php 5.4 with ioncube to apache 2.4 and php 5.6 with ioncube but it appears to be stuck at: Downloading '/var/cpanel/perl/easy/Cpanel/Easy/IonCubeLoader.pm.tar.gz.linux-generic-64' I'm very new so do not know how to do the above mentioned things. What's the easiest thing for me to check first? thanks

  Hello, Could you let us know which version of cPanel is installed on this system? Does the issue persist if you run EasyApache again? Thank you.
