MySQL(MariaDB) server is currently offline.

Someone who can help me. I was installing MediaWiki 1.27.0, while writing the database, then while I opening phpMySQL, I found the MySQL server(the server uses MariaDB 10) is offline and nothing was witted into the SQL database. This problem often happens, and I have no way to deal with it, so who can help me, thanks a lot! (?????MediaWiki 1.27.0??????????????phpMySQL????MySQL???????????????????????????????????????????????????)

  You can check Mariadb logs (/var/lib/mysql/serverhostname.err). It will give you more details why Mariadb is not starting.

  Hello, Please report the issue to your web hosting provider so they can take a closer look. You can't restart MariaDB as a shared hosting customer. Thank you.
