ModSecurity Not Working After EasyApache4 Upgrade
I upgraded to WHM/cPanel v. 58 this morning on a CENTOS 6.8 x86_64 virtuozzo system running Litespeed, then did the EasyApache4 migration. Both went relatively smoothly, but since the upgrades, ModSecurity shows nothing new in the hits list. I have a couple of custom rules that typically generate a hit every minute or so, which makes that extremely unusual.
I did have the Comodo CWAF plugin installed, and it was throwing 500 errors after the upgrade, so I uninstalled it, restarted Litespeed, and installed the Comodo CWAF as a vendor (the only one enabled).
I'm still getting nothing in the ModSecurity Hits List.
How can I get ModSecurity working again?

HI, Can you throw in a support ticket on this please? We'd need to inspect the system for the cause of the issues. Feel free to throw the ticket id in here so we can watch for it. Thanks so much! 0 -
My hosting provider is actually the licensee of cPanel, so they'll have to create the support ticket. I've asked them to do so, and I will update this thread with the ticket number when I can get that from them. We've tried with both Apache and Litespeed, and ModSecurity Comodo rules for each fail to work and neither do the custom rules I've added in Rules Lits -> Edit Rules. 0 -
The ticket ID is 7617125. 0
